CAN I EXCHANGE AN AFRICAN CLOTHING ITEM? 
YES!  Please email hello@serahkassim.com with your name, order #, and reason for exchanging. Please note that you would cover the cost of shipping for orders returned. Exchanges must be made within 20 days from the date your item was delivered. Please note there are NO RETURNS for Orders purchased on sale. Those sales are final unless it's a quality issue or incorrectly sent.

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS? 
YES! If you don't love your order, we will refund your money. Refunds must be processed within 20 days of your purchase date. Item must be in the exact same condition as you received it. If you want to request a refund, please email hello@serahkassimng.com for help with processing.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP OUT MY AFRICAN DRESSES ORDER AND ALSO FOR DELIVERY

For Nigeria/ African African Dress Orders, it will be processed and shipped out within 1-7 business days. We typically ship out all orders within 1-3 business days but due to COVID19 and its recent restrictions, it has been moved up to 7days. Delivery dates are 1- 5 business days for orders in Nigeria.
