Due to COVID-19 and it’s restrictions. orders will be processed and shipped out within 3-5 business days. We typically ship out all orders within 1-3 business days. Kindly note that Delivery date depends on your location and shipping method you selected on check out. We always make sure to update our inventory with new items and style but occasional we may restock sold out items. If you are interested in purchasing any item that's currently unavailable, Kindly contact us at email@example.com and we will let you know if item will be restocked or discontinued. If it would be restocked we'll make sure to update you on the estimated arrival time frame.
We generally respond within 24 hrs during our regular office hours which are Monday- Friday, 10am -4pm WAT. Kindly note, we do not currently operate customer service on Saturdays and Sundays.
We deeply apologize for this, that you received an item with a sticker patch. The reason for this is, our fabrics come with seals on them from the manufacturer, this help us tell their authenticity. We always work our hardest to remove them before shipping it out. However, they might not be completely removed on getting to you without washing it out. So you may see the mark from the sticker on your item, Kindly note that they are not permanent and will come out when washed off.
