Returns, Exchange and Refund Policy


Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for an exchange, full refund or store credit. Kindly read the information below to understand our returns, exchange and refund policy.
All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, please email customer service at place the item securely in its original packaging and Tag and proof of purchase code.and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

     ●     Items that have past return date of 14 days   
     ●     Items gotten on sales

     ●     Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.        
     ●     Please note that If your request for an exchange is approved, you can request for a new outfit, get the same outfit changed, or get store credit that can be redeemed at any time. Kindly note, the time to approve an exchange can take up too 30 days after you ship your outfit back to us. Kindly note also that we will not cover the cost of shipping for an exchange. and you may be required to pay a token and handling fee for an exchange. Please do not send your purchase back to any address other than the address provided by our team via email.
